A delegation from the House of Representatives headed by (Al-Nuwairi) arrives in Algeria to participate in the 38th conference of the Arab Parliamentary Union.

Benghazi, May 2, 2025 (LANA) - A delegation from the House of Representatives, headed by First Deputy Speaker Fawzi al-Nuwairi, arrived in the Algerian capital on Friday to participate in the 38th Conference of the Arab Parliamentary Union.
They were received at Houari Boumediene International Airport by Deputy Speaker of the Algerian National People's Assembly Zein Rachid and Libya's Ambassador to Algeria Saleh Hamma, according to a statement by the official spokesperson for the House of Representatives, Abdullah Blihaq.
The delegation included Saleh Abdel Nabi, Hassan al-Barghouthi, Aisha Shalabi, and the Head of the House of Representatives' Office, Abdullah al-Masry al-Fadhil. They were accompanied by the Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament and former Minister of Defense in the government assigned by Parliament, Ahmid Houma.
It is worth noting that Defense Minister Ahmed Houma will receive the Arab Parliamentary Excellence Award, awarded by the Arab Parliamentary Union for his tenure as Second Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.
It's worth noting that the 38th Conference of the Arab Parliamentary Union will begin tomorrow in Algeria and continue for two days.
