Tripoli, April 30, 2025 (LANA) - Presidential Council member Abdullah Al-Lafi said that any unilateral announcement that does not represent the Presidential Council as a whole within the Presidency is null and void and has no constitutional or legal effect.

Al-Lafi emphasized on his official Facebook page that issuing presidential decrees requires a collective decision by the Council and cannot be issued unilaterally.
