Central Bank Governor meets with Minister of Transport.

Tripoli, April 29, 2025 (LANA) – The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Naji Mohammed Issa, met this morning in Tripoli with the Minister of Transport and Financial Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Mohammed Al-Shahubi.
The meeting addressed several issues, most notably the latest developments in the public spending unification file, the addition of some fiscal policy measures to the proposed economic reform package, and ways to improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
The Central Bank explained that the two parties agreed to expedite the formation of joint working groups to begin putting the final touches on the economic reform package in preparation for its official launch.
