Tripoli, 29 April 2025 (Lana) Chairman of the National Oil Corporation Masoud Suleiman discussed in Tripoli yesterday with the EU Ambassador to Libya, Nicola Orlando, the EU support to expand Libya’s resource development transparently and sustainably.

Orlando congratulated Suleiman on launching Libya’s first new bidding round in 17 years.

“We explored initiatives on oversight, greener hydrocarbons, renewables, and fighting oil smuggling,” Orlando said in a tweet.
