Tripoli, April 26, 2025 (LANA) – The Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, Mohamed Al-Haddad, discussed with the French Ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Mehraj, ways of joint cooperation between the two countries and the provision of military support in various fields.

The Chief of Staff stated on its official Facebook page that the meeting was held on Wednesday, in the presence of the Chief of Staff of the Navy and the Director of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Army.

During the meeting, Ambassador Mehraj affirmed his country's support for the efforts made by the Chief of Staff to advance and unify the military institution, noting France's keenness to support stability in Libya.
