Al-Jofra, April 26, 2025 (LANA) - The expanded meeting held at the Shuwayrif Municipal Council office was devoted to monitoring the worsening situation of illegal immigration and the increasing number of immigrants within the municipality.

The meeting discussed reconstruction within the municipality, which has begun several important projects, and the preparation for the targeted projects within the prepared plan and the expediting of their implementation.

The meeting included Al-Jofra Municipal Council, the head of the Senate, local mayors, security and military officials, and the heads of the police station, the Internal Security Branch, the Municipal Guard,

and the Passports and Nationality Department.

The meeting participants, agreed to establish a joint security room for security agencies within the municipality to monitor the security situation, control public streets, and maintain the safety of the region and its citizens.
