Committee for Compensation for Real Estate Holds its Fourth Meeting.

Tripoli, April 16, 2025 (LANA) - The Main Committee for Compensation for Real Estate Expropriated for Public Benefit reviewed, in its fourth regular meeting of 2025, the files of citizens affected by real estate expropriation within public benefit projects.

During the meeting, the legal member of the Main Committee presented a detailed presentation of a number of files and discussed the legal opinions on them. It was agreed to include these opinions in the committee's minutes, paving the way for the appropriate action to be taken.

The Committee discussed a number of files referred by the subcommittees, all of which had been addressed and their data completed. These files were included in the lists of those eligible for compensation, in accordance with established legal and administrative controls and procedures.
