Tripoli, April 17, 2025 (LANA) – The head of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qadirboh, discussed the problems and difficulties facing the agency's tasks today, Thursday, with the Director General of the Housing and Utilities Projects Implementation Authority, Mohammed bin Ismail.

The Authority stated, via its official Facebook page, that the meeting included a number of department and office directors from the Authority and the Agency. During the meeting, the Agency's tasks and the projects it oversees were reviewed, along with their implementation rates, the problems and obstacles preventing their completion or commencement. Plans to ensure their effective implementation were also discussed.

The Authority explained that the meeting addressed court rulings issued against the Authority as a result of the failure to implement certain projects or fulfill the obligations of implementing companies. It emphasized the need to strengthen pre-contract oversight procedures, monitor the implementation of contract payments, amend the appendices, and other executive procedures, to ensure proper implementation of projects and their achievement of the public interest.
