A military delegation headed by Major General Mahmoud Hamza visits Turkey.

Ankara, April 15, 2025 (Lana)— A Libyan military delegation headed by the Director of Military Intelligence, Major General Mahmoud Hamza, began an official visit to Turkey yesterday by an official invitation from his Turkish counterpart.
Upon arrival in Ankara, the Libyan delegation was officially received by the Chief of Staff of the Turkish Army, the Deputy Chief of Staff, and the Head of Military Intelligence.
The official page of the General Staff of the Libyan Army stated that during the visit, the military delegation held a session of Libyan-Turkish military talks that focused on ways to enhance security and military cooperation between the two countries, especially training programs, capacity building, and enhancing the competence of Libyan army personnel in various specialties.
Major General Mahmoud Hamza and his accompanying delegation conducted a field tour, including aircraft and drone manufacturing factories, in addition to visiting the Land Aviation Brigade to review technical and technological experiences and exchange expertise between the two military institutions.
