Tripoli, April 13, 2025 (LANA) – The National Dialogue Meeting kicked off in Tripoli on Sunday to discuss the political initiative presented by Presidential Council member Abdullah al-Lafi and a number of political partners.

The Presidential Media Office stated that the dialogue meeting, organized under the auspices of Abdullah al-Lafi and attended by a select group of leaders of political parties, blocs, and movements, will review the prospects for implementing the initiative within a comprehensive process to restore national legitimacy and address the political deadlock currently plaguing the Libyan scene.
