Tetteh meets with Greek ambassador.

Tripoli, April 2, 2025 (LANA) – The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Hanna Tetteh, met on Wednesday with the Greek Ambassador to Libya, Nikolaos Garilidis, to discuss the political process in Libya.

The mission explained in a statement on Facebook that the meeting discussed the ongoing work of the Advisory Committee and the economic track, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.

The statement indicated that Tetteh and Ambassador Garilidis emphasized the importance of maintaining Libya's stability and ensuring effective management of economic resources.

The Greek ambassador, also affirmed his country's commitment to supporting the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and UNSMIL in advancing the political process.
