Confiscation of quantities of diesel fuel, intended for smuggling.

Zalla, April 1, 2025 (LANA) - A security force affiliated with the Southern Reorganization Committee confiscated a large quantity of fuel hidden inside a farm used for illegally storing diesel fuel for smuggling outside the country in the Zalla municipality.
The security committee stated that the confiscated fuel was supplied to the Zalla Rural Hospital to support its operational needs. The fuel was also supplied to the main water station in Zalla to ensure the continued operation of its equipment and pumps. It also supplied a number of bakeries in the city with the necessary fuel to ensure the continuity of their services.
The committee affirmed its continued implementation of security operations to detect violations and prevent the illegal exploitation of fuel, stressing that any violations will be dealt with firmly in accordance with established legal procedures.
