Tripoli, March 27, 2025 (LANA) - Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, issued a decision on Wednesday granting a week-long official holiday, starting from Sunday, March 30, until Friday, April 4.

Decision No. (132) stipulates that the holiday shall include the first three days of Eid al-Fitr, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (5) of 2012, and that the remaining days shall be deducted from the annual leave balance of employees.

According to the decision, facilities providing urgent humanitarian services will be taken into consideration, while preserving the right of their employees to receive compensation for work on these days.
