Tripoli, March 25, 2025 (LANA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the village of Vampita in western Niger, which resulted in a number of casualties and injuries.

In a statement issued today, the Ministry expressed its full support and solidarity with the government and people of the Republic of Niger in this painful tragedy.

The Ministry reiterated Libya's categorical rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at destabilizing security and stability, according to a post published by the Ministry on its official Facebook page.

The Ministry also expressed its sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the families of the victims, asking God to accept them into His mercy and wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
