Al-Qubba 23 March 2025 (Lana) Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ageela Saleh, discussed with the Head of the Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, yesterday in Al-Qubba, the mechanisms of the Audit Bureau's work, the challenges it faces, and ways to overcome them to improve its oversight performance and the efficiency of public funds management.

The Speaker's Media Center reported that the meeting discussed ways to develop oversight work in line with the highest professional standards, in a way that enhances financial integrity and serves the public interest in the management of state resources.

The meeting also addressed the importance of the official reports issued by the Bureau and their role in promoting the principles of transparency and accountability.
