Tripoli, March 12, 2025 (LANA) - Twenty-nine young men and women from across Libya participated in a workshop, both in person and online, with economic experts from the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL). They discussed the challenges facing the Libyan economy and shared their ideas for overcoming the obstacles they face.
According to a post published by the mission on its website, the workshop participants agreed on the necessity of political stability as a prerequisite for economic recovery.
The workshop highlighted the urgent need to improve governance, enhance accountability, and take decisive measures to curb rampant corruption.
