The Joint Security Room continues its operations to enhance security in Mizdah and its suburbs

Mizdah 09 March 2025 (LANA) - The patrols of the Joint Security Room continue to carry out their security operations inside the city of Mizdah and its suburbs, as part of their ongoing efforts to enhance security and impose the rule of law.

Sources from the Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity stated that the Border Guard patrols, participating in the work of the room, are intensifying their efforts in combating organized crime and confronting smuggling and illegal immigration activities, through their deployment in rugged desert areas and dirt paths used in smuggling and illegal movement operations.

In direct implementation of the instructions of the Joint Security Room, Border Guard patrols were deployed in the Al-Qurayyat area, and the gates of Shabram 60 and 90 in Hamada Al-Hamra, with the implementation of extensive security combing operations in the valleys and paths used for smuggling, with the aim of tracking down smugglers and thwarting any suspicious movements.
