Facilitating procedures for obtaining a Chinese visa for Libyan citizens starting from March 17.

Tripoli, March 8, 2025 (LANA) - The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Libya announced facilitating procedures for obtaining a visa for Libyan citizens by submitting their applications electronically (online) starting from March 17, as part of accelerating and simplifying the process of obtaining a visa.

The Libyan-Chinese Joint Economic Chamber page, explained on Facebook yesterday, Friday, that the decision to facilitate procedures comes within the framework of strengthening trade and investment relations between China and Libya, and is a positive step towards supporting Libyan businessmen and traders in their dealings with the Chinese market.

The Chamber, which closely follows these developments, stressed the continuation of its efforts to solve the challenges facing Libyan businessmen in this field.

On this occasion, the Libyan-Chinese Joint Economic Chamber expressed its thanks to the Chinese Embassy in Tunisia for its continuous efforts and keenness to strengthen economic relations between the two countries.
