Tripoli, March 6, 2025 (LANA) - The Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, Mohammed Al-Haddad, received yesterday, Wednesday, in his office in Tripoli, the head of the UN mission, "Hanna Tetteh", and her accompanying delegation.

"Al-Haddad" welcomed the UN envoy, wishing her success in her duties, praising the efforts of previous UN envoys in supporting the political process in Libya.

"Al-Haddad" affirmed during the meeting his support for the steps that would preserve Libya's sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity.

For her part, "Tetteh" praised the efforts of the Chief of Staff in resolving differences, in order to achieve stability and peace.

"Tetteh" also expressed her aspiration for the United Nations to play a positive role in supporting Libya, and supporting the Libyan people in achieving their aspirations for stability and development.
