Tripoli, March 2, 2025 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, "Mohammed Al-Menfi", received today, Sunday, a congratulatory telegram from the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, "Ahmed Aboul Gheit", on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The text of the telegram read, "On the occasion of the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, I am honored to express to Your Excellency my sincere congratulations and best wishes, praying to God Almighty to return it to Your Excellency with health and happiness, to the generous Libyan people with goodness and prosperity, and to the Arab and Islamic nation with blessings and blessings."
