Doma meets number of southern region mayors..

Benghazi, February 28, 2025 (LANA) - The second deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, "Misbah Doma", met on Thursday with a number of mayors of the southern region of municipalities at the headquarters of the House of Representatives in Benghazi.

At the beginning of this meeting, "Doma" congratulated the mayors of municipalities on the occasion of their election.

The spokesman for the House of Representatives, "Abdullah Blihaq", said in a press statement, "The meeting discussed the difficulties and obstacles facing the progress of their work, in addition to completing the stalled projects in the southern municipalities, as the mayors of municipalities demanded the disbursement of the budgets allocated to their municipalities, as well as settling the status of public service companies and completing water projects.

According to Blihaq's statement, "Doma" communicated with the Minister of Local Government and the Minister of Water Resources in the government assigned by the representatives, stressing the need to provide services to the municipalities of the southern region.
