Dabaiba attends the graduation ceremony of 700 military intelligence graduates in the first batch to be completed since the year 2011

Tripoli, February 27, 2025 (LANA) - The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, "Abdul Hamid Dabaiba", witnessed today, Thursday, the graduation ceremony of 700 graduates from the Military Intelligence in the first batch to be completed since 2011, in the presence of the Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, Deputy of the Presidential Council, "Abdullah Al-Lafi".
The Prime Minister's media office stated that the celebration was attended by the Chiefs of Staff, the Director of the General Administration of Military Intelligence, Major General Mahmoud Hamza, and a number of Libyan Army officers.
Dabaiba stressed during the ceremony that this batch constitutes a qualitative addition to the process of building the military institution, stressing that strengthening intelligence capabilities has become an urgent national necessity to keep pace with the accelerating regional and international security challenges.
He reiterated the government's commitment to establishing a modern, disciplined military institution capable of protecting national sovereignty and securing the capabilities of the Libyan people.
The ceremony included a military parade of graduates' corps, which demonstrated their level of discipline and combat readiness, in addition to field shows simulating advanced intelligence and security scenarios, reflecting their efficiency and ability to carry out the tasks assigned to them with high professionalism.
The ceremony witnessed the opening, according to the media office, of a number of new military and service facilities affiliated with the General Directorate of Military Intelligence, most notably the Military Intelligence Forum, the Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers' Hall, in addition to the integrated restaurant that provides logistical services with high standards, and the Hudhayfah bin Al-Yaman Mosque.
It is noteworthy that this event comes within the framework of efforts to enhance the capabilities of the army, and qualify its cadres according to the highest standards, which contributes to consolidating security and stability.
