Hannah Tetteh and Chinese Ambassador discuss latest developments in Libya in online call

Tripoli, February 27, 2025 (LANAl) - The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, "Hannah Tetteh", discussed today, Thursday, in an online call with the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to Libya, "Liu Jian", the latest developments in Libya.

The mission's media office explained that the meeting comes as a continuation of a series of preliminary meetings with Libyan actors and representatives of member states in Libya.

During the meeting, the two sides stressed the importance of building consensus among the Libyan actors to overcome the political crisis.
