Tetteh discusses with the British Ambassador the international community's support to resolve the Libyan crisis

Tripoli, February 26, 2025 (LANA) - The Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, "Hannah Tetteh", met with the British Ambassador "Martin Longden" in Tripoli, as part of her introductory meetings with the Libyan parties and representatives of the international community.
The mission stated in a statement via its Facebook account that the meeting discussed the important role played by the international community in supporting the various Libyan parties to work together to find a way out of the current political crisis and move towards holding elections.
The mission added that "Tetteh" praised the United Kingdom's continued support for the mission in its close work to support the priorities of the Libyans.
