Al-Baour discusses with EU ambassadors the human rights situation and irregular migration

Tripoli - February 25, 2025 (LANA) - The person in charge of running the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the Government of National Unity, "Taher Al-Baour", discussed today, Tuesday, at the ministry's headquarters, with a number of ambassadors of the European Union countries accredited to Libya, the concerns and interests of the European Union countries regarding developments in Libya, the human rights situation, and irregular migration.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that "Al-Baour" stressed during the meeting, which also touched on the latest political developments, the commitment of the Government of National Unity to support efforts to enhance security and stability, and its endeavor to ensure respect for human rights in accordance with international conventions and applicable laws, in a way that enhances cooperation with international partners in various fields.
