Tripoli, 25 February 2025 (Lana): Head of the UNSMIL, Hanna Tetteh, affirmed the need for international consensus to support a Libyan-led and Libyan-owned political process.
This came during her reception, along with her deputies, Stephanie Koury and Aeneas Chuma, and representatives of the international community for a welcome event at the UN compound in Tripoli.
She added that she looks forward to working with them closely and counts on their support in the pursuit of UN efforts for lasting peace and stability in the country.
