Tripoli, February 23, 2025 (LANA) - The Minister in charge of running the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, "Taher Al-Baour", received a phone call from the British Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa, "Hamish Falconer", during which the two sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.

According to what was published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its media office, the two ministers exchanged views on ways to support stability and develop cooperation in the political, economic and security fields, in addition to their consultations on regional and international developments.

The phone call also addressed preparations for an upcoming visit by "Falconer" to Libya next April, accompanied by an official delegation, within the framework of strengthening the strategic partnership and coordinating positions on common issues.

The two ministers also stressed the importance of continuing consultations to serve the interests of the two friendly countries.
