Toghi discusses with her Kuwaiti counterpart mechanisms for cooperation in the fields of cultural content production

Kuwait, February 16, 2025 (LANA) - Minister of Culture in the Government of National Unity "Mabrouka Toghi" discussed today with Kuwaiti Minister of Information "Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi" mechanisms to support and enhance cultural and media cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting - which was held on the sidelines of the activities of Kuwait, the Capital of Arab Culture and Media 2025 - discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of cultural content production in a way that contributes to enhancing Arab cultural understanding.

"Toghi" stressed during the meeting that the Ministry of Culture in Libya pays great attention to enhancing cooperation with the sisterly State of Kuwait in various cultural fields, and exchanging experiences in the cultural and artistic fields.

For his part, "Al-Mutairi" expressed the State of Kuwait's keenness to strengthen cultural relations with the brothers in Libya, pointing to the importance of exchanging programs and projects that enhance identity and cultural creativity.

Minister "Toghi" met with the Libyan Ambassador to Kuwait "Sulaiman Al-Sahli" within the framework of her visit to Kuwait to participate in the opening of Kuwait, the Capital of Arab Culture and Media 2025, where ways of cooperation in the cultural fields were discussed to support areas of Libyan-Kuwaiti cooperation.
