Tripoli, February 15, 2025 (LANA) - The legal representative of the National Anti-Corruption Authority, Omar Abu Bakr, discussed with the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Libya, Stephanie Khoury, the visions that contribute to the development and stability of the political and economic process of the Libyan state.
During the meeting held at the Authority's headquarters in Tripoli, the two parties discussed aspects of joint cooperation to enhance the principle of integrity and transparency in accordance with local laws and the International Convention against Corruption. The meeting was attended by Sonia Siegmund, the Economic File Officer at the United Nations Mission in Libya, the Directors-General of Legal Affairs and Administrative Affairs, and the Authority's advisors.
