The Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce announces pumping new investments into Libya.

Tripoli, February 15, 2025 (LANA) Secretary-General of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce "Alaa Ezz", said that his country will work to pump new investments into Libya and start operating the stopped factories.

This came in press statements made by "Ezz" during his inspection with the Minister of Economy and Trade in the Government of National Unity "Mohamed Al-Huwaij" yesterday, Friday, of the "Cairo Fashion Index" exhibition held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.

The Secretary-General of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce confirmed that his country and Libya are united by long-standing and historical partnerships, welcoming in his name and in the name of 5 million merchants belonging to the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce to the strategic partnerships with sisterly Libya.

For his part, "Al-Huwaig" said that such events contribute to supporting the national economy and providing job opportunities, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation between Libya and Egypt in the field of industry and trade.
