Installing signboards in preparation for the 2025 municipal council elections

Tripoli, February 14, 2025 (LANA) - The offices of the electoral administrations targeted in the municipal council elections - the second group for the year 2025, began installing signboards for the numbers of the electoral centers, in addition to the signs of the voter registration committees, and signs for the centers prepared for people with disabilities. This is within the framework of preparations to open the registration in the voter registry.
This work is being carried out under the supervision and follow-up of the field operations coordinators in the electoral administration offices, to ensure that all instructions are clear and in accordance with the approved technical standards. This procedure aims to facilitate access to the electoral centers, and ensure a smooth and effective electoral experience for all citizens.
The High National Elections Commission stressed the importance of providing an inclusive and comfortable electoral environment, especially for people with disabilities, to ensure their effective participation in the upcoming elections.
