Tripoli, February 13, 2024 (LANA) - The Minister of Transport in the Government of National Unity, "Mohammed Al-Shahoubi", met today, Thursday, in Tripoli, with "Mohammed Saad Al-Fawzan", Vice President of the Civil Aviation Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Head of the Cooperative Program for Civil Aviation Security and his accompanying delegation, which includes the Audit Committee assigned by the Arab Civil Aviation Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

The meeting, which was attended by the Head of the Aviation Authority, the Director of Aviation Security at the Authority, and the Saudi Ambassador accredited to Libya, reviewed the results of the audit and visit, which were at a positive level for the airports of Maitika and Misurata, so that the next stage of the visit will include the airports of Sabha and Benina.
