Presidential Council condemns the assassination attempt on Adel Jumaa.

Tripoli, February 12, 2025 (LANA) - The Presidential Council condemned today, Wednesday, the assassination attempt on the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Adel Jumaa, by shooting at his car in Tripoli by an unknown party.
The Presidential Council called in a statement, on the Government of National Unity and its security agencies to take the necessary measures and open an urgent investigation to find out the circumstances of the incident, track down the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
The Presidential Council stressed that it will not be satisfied, and will not be lenient with all those outside the law, and any attempts targeting the security and stability of the state, stressing the continuation of strengthening security and imposing the rule of law, according to the statement.
