Pulbished on:Benghazi, February 9, 2025 (LANA) - The government assigned by the parliament called on the Arab League to hold an emergency Arab summit to discuss the statements issued by the government of the Zionist entity regarding the establishment of a Palestinian state on the lands of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The government expressed in a statement today its strong condemnation and absolute denunciation of these statements, stressing its solidarity and full support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and that any infringement on its sovereignty and national security is an infringement on the Arab national security as a whole.
The government said in its statement that these statements represent a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a blatant attack on the historical and legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, in addition to being a clear violation of international law and the United Nations Charter.
The statement stressed that the fixed and legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state are not subject to bargaining or manipulation, and will not be erased or diminished by any deals or dictates, considering that these rights are authentic and inalienable rights.
