Arresting 48 wanted persons in criminal cases in January.

Tripoli, February 7, 2025 (LANA) - Members of the Investigation and Evidence Department of the Criminal Investigation Department were able to arrest (48) persons wanted in criminal cases during the month of January.

The arrests came in implementation of arrest warrants issued by the Public Prosecutions, police stations and criminal investigation departments in the security directorates in various regions, according to the Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity.

According to the Ministry, the necessary legal measures were taken against the accused and they were referred to the competent public prosecutions.
