Tripoli, February 6, 2025 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, "Mohamed Al-Mnifi", met today, Thursday, the Ambassador of Congo-Brazzaville to Libya, "Guy Corneille Samba".

The media office of the council stated that Ambassador "Samba" delivered to "Al-Mnifi" a verbal message from the Congolese President, Chairman of the African Union High-Level Committee on Libya, "Denis Sassou Nguesso".

It is noteworthy that the President of the Presidential Council met last month with the Congolese President on the sidelines of the African Heads of State Summit in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and they discussed the issue of national reconciliation in Libya, the steps taken in this framework, and the efforts made to enhance national dialogue and support the stability of the country.
