Al-Zoubi discusses security and military cooperation files with AFRICOM delegation

Tripoli, February 5, 2025 (LANA) - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense in the Government of National Unity, "Abdul Salam Al-Zoubi", met this morning, Wednesday, in Tripoli, with an American military delegation that includes the Deputy Commander of the US Military Command (AFRICOM), the Chargé d'Affaires of the US Embassy in Libya, and the Director of the US Military Cooperation Office at the Embassy.

The Ministry of Defense reported on its official page that the expanded meeting, which was attended by the Director of the Military Intelligence Department and the Director of the Office of the Minister of Defense, included discussing security and military cooperation files, and ways to develop this cooperation, in addition to raising many topics of common interest, which would enhance security and stability throughout the country.
