Egyptian Foreign Minister and his Turkish counterpart will discuss regional files, including the Libyan file, in Ankara tomorrow

Tripoli, February 3, 2025 (LANA) - Egyptian Foreign Minister "Badr Abdel Aati" will pay an official visit to the Turkish capital Ankara tomorrow, Tuesday.

The Anadolu Agency said that the Egyptian minister is scheduled to discuss with his Turkish counterpart "Hakan Fidan" several regional issues, including the files of Libya, Gaza, Syria, the Horn of Africa and the Sahel.

The two ministers are expected to discuss aspects of Turkish-Egyptian relations, and the high-level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting scheduled to be held in 2026.

Consultations will also be held on several regional issues, including the files of Gaza and Syria, as well as Libya, the Horn of Africa and the Sahel.
