The Western Coast Military Region seizes sites selling fuel illegally in Ajelat.

Ajelat February 1, 2025 (/ِآِ) - The Western Coast Military Region announced the seizure of sites selling fuel illegally during a security campaign in the city of Ajelat, west of Tripoli.

The Chamber explained in a statement today, Saturday, that the campaign it carried out in cooperation with the Western Military Police resulted in the confiscation of thousands of liters of fuel that smugglers were benefiting from, to sell in neighboring countries.

The Military Region reassured all citizens that it has begun working in coordination with the Attorney General's Office and the competent authorities to provide fuel in official stations that will operate 24 hours a day to provide it to citizens at its official price and away from the exploitation of smugglers and crisis makers.
