Tripoli, January 30, 2025 (LANA) - The Director of the General Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity, "Al-Taher Hussein", received today, Thursday, a copy of the credentials of the new Ambassador of the Republic of Burundi to Libya, "Omar Nitezimbere".

The media office of the ministry stated that "Hussein" welcomed the new ambassador, wishing him success in performing his duties, and stressing the ministry's keenness to provide the necessary facilities to enhance bilateral relations between Libya and Burundi in a way that serves the common interests of the two countries.
