Dbaiba meets with Attorney General.

Tripoli, January 29, 2025 (LANA) - The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, "Abdul Hamid Dbaiba", discussed today, Wednesday, with the Attorney General, "Al-Siddiq Al-Sour", ways to enhance the rule of law and ensure its enforcement in a way that achieves justice and preserves the rights of citizens.

"Al-Sour" stressed the importance of cooperation between the executive and judicial authorities to ensure the implementation of laws with justice and transparency and to enhance citizens' confidence in official institutions, stressing the need to respect human rights principles in all legal procedures and ensure that they are not infringed upon under any circumstances.

"Dbaiba" praised the role played by the Public Prosecution in establishing justice and protecting rights, stressing the government's commitment to supporting the efforts of the Public Prosecution in implementing laws and combating corruption and crime.

The meeting also discussed a number of legal files and ways to overcome obstacles that hinder the implementation of judicial rulings and procedures, in a way that ensures the achievement of justice and the consolidation of the rule of law.
