The President of the Audit Bureau meets the Spanish Ambassador to Libya

Tripoli - January 26, 2025 (LANA) - The Chairman of the Audit Bureau, "Khaled Shakshak", discussed today, Sunday, with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Libya, "Javier Soria Quintana", the memorandum of understanding signed between the Audit Bureau and the Spanish Court of Accounts, and discussed the possibility of arranging and facilitating procedures for mutual visits between the two parties.
The meeting also emphasized the independence enjoyed by the Bureau in its work and its oversight role, including examining and reviewing public contracts in order to achieve effective oversight of public money.
