The President of the Presidential Council meets the Algerian Ambassador on the occasion of the end of his term in Libya

Tripoli, January 26, 2025 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, "Mohamed Al-Manfi", met today, Sunday, with the Ambassador of the Algerian Republic to Libya, "Suleiman Shanin", on the occasion of the end of his term in Libya.

The media office of the council explained via its Facebook page that the Algerian ambassador appreciated during the meeting the role of the President of the Presidential Council in supporting fraternal relations between the two countries and his keenness to consolidate them for the benefit of the two peoples.

It is noteworthy that the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced last Monday the appointment of "Abdul Karim Rkaibi" as the new Algerian ambassador to Libya, succeeding the current ambassador "Suleiman Shanin" who held the position of Algerian ambassador to Libya during the period from December 9, 2021 until Monday, January 20, 2025.
