Delegation from Core Laboratories visits the Oil Research Center.

Tripoli, 26 January 2025 (Lana) A delegation from the American company, Core Laboratories, representing the company's branch in Aberdeen, UK, visited the Oil Research Center in Tripoli to strengthen cooperation and exchange of expertise between the two sides.

The National Oil Corporation said on its official page that the visit included an inspection tour inside the center's laboratories, where the delegation was briefed on the latest devices and equipment used in providing laboratory services and technical studies related to the oil and gas sector.

Extensive discussions were held with a number of experts and specialists at the center on advanced technologies and best scientific practices and enhancing prospects for future cooperation, especially in the areas of research and development, with a focus on benefiting from modern technologies to raise the efficiency of operations in the Libyan oil sector.

The corporation confirmed that this visit is within the framework of efforts to develop the Libyan oil sector through partnerships with leading international companies, with the aim of enhancing technical and research performance at the center and benefiting from the latest technologies in this area.
