The first Libyan-British Medical and Educational Forum kicks off in Benghazi.
Pulbished on:Benghazi, January 25, 2025 (LANA) - The activities of the first Libyan-British Medical and Educational Forum kicked off at the headquarters of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Benghazi yesterday, Friday, which is organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education in the government assigned by the House of Representatives, with the attendance of a delegation from UK universities, deans of colleges and higher institutes of medical technology, and a number of faculty members at the University of Benghazi.
The two-day forum program includes the presentation of several scientific and research papers by experts and academics from the United Kingdom, addressing the experiences and expertise gained by British universities over the past years, and how national universities in Libya can benefit from these experiences in various fields, including health care, as well as the use of artificial intelligence technologies in training in various fields.
The first Libyan-British Medical and Educational Forum aims to enhance the development of technical and vocational education tools in Libya through cooperation with British experts, expansion of English language teaching, improvement of training standards in the medical and healthcare fields, in addition to enhancing academic training in Libyan air colleges.
