Al-Manfi reviews with the European Bank opportunities for cooperation in reconstruction in Libya

Davos, January 22, 2025 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Manfi, reviewed today, Wednesday, with the Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, "Jurgen Rigterink", in Davos, Switzerland, the opportunities for cooperation between Libya and the bank in reconstruction and capacity building in the field of development.

The meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum "Davos" for the year 2025, discussed benefiting from the expertise of the European Bank, which is present in several African, European and Asian countries, according to the media office of the President of the Council.

The two sides agreed to visit a technical mission to Libya to evaluate opportunities for joint work to support various Libyan sectors in the fields of reconstruction and development projects.
