Tripoli, January 9, 2025 (LANA) - The head of the Audit Bureau, "Khaled Shakshak", discussed today, Thursday, with the Minister of Finance, "Khaled Al-Mabrouk", the procedures for implementing the budget for the year 2025.

The Audit Bureau said that the meeting, which was attended by the directors of the relevant departments from both sides, discussed the Bureau's observations contained in the annual report for the year 2023, on the performance of the Ministry of Finance.

The meeting concluded with the need to intensify aspects of cooperation and enhance the degree of coordination between the various relevant and competent parties to end the pending financial problems, and to formulate a new vision that leads to the development of public money management programs in a manner that meets the supreme national interests.
