Tripoli, 8 January 2025 (Lana) The Libyan Sailing and Marine Sports Federation signed a cooperation agreement with its Turkish counterpart in the areas of training and refereeing.
The agreement was signed in Izmir, Turkey, on the Libyan side by the Head of the Federation, Abdul-Moneim Bin Harez, and on the Turkish side by the Head of the Turkish Federation, Özlem Akdurak.
The agreement, which will be activated at the beginning of 2025, aims to develop coaches and referees and support and encourage Libyan athletes to participate in sports tournaments and festivals organized by Türkiye and Libya.
