Al-Baour reviews cooperation relations with the Turkish ambassador

Tripoli - January 07, 2025 (LANA) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity, "Taher Al-Baour", reviewed today, Tuesday, with the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Goven Begic, the prospects for joint cooperation between the two countries in various fields, and emphasized the depth of the historical and strategic relations that bind them.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said that "Al-Baour" expressed his appreciation for the Turkish role in supporting stability efforts in Libya, stressing the importance of strengthening this partnership to drive the wheel of development and progress.

In turn, the Turkish Ambassador renewed his country's commitment to continue supporting Libya's efforts to build a sustainable future, and enhance cooperation in the economic, political and cultural fields, in a way that serves common interests and enhances the security and stability of the region.
