Anti-vehicle mines, shell fuses and hand grenades found on a farm in the Qasr Bin Ghashir area

Tripoli, January 6, 2025 (LANA) - The Security Inspection and Explosives Dismantling Office team of the Criminal Investigation Department found war remnants in the Qasr Bin Ghashir area, after a citizen reported the presence of these remnants inside his farm.

The Ministry of Interior said that the inspection and explosives dismantling team immediately moved to the site and conducted a comprehensive survey of the area.

The ministry confirmed that anti-vehicle mines, shell fuses (fuses), and locally made hand grenades (jalatina) were found, as these remnants were handled with caution and transferred to the designated storage place, until they are destroyed according to approved safety methods.
